shortcuts are not displayed in the current language

Bug Description

IMHO after switching the language the menu items in the shortcut list must change the language too.

currently the language of the point in time, when the shortcut was set is used.

hope that this is not considered as a feature ;-)

This is not a feature, but you can rename your shortcut with F2.

Hmm!
Very tricky ...
* F2 is (was) not described anywhere (yet) - OK it's a toolbar entry now.
* the shortcut label becomes only a button on hoover ... genial, but difficult to find.
* the shortcuts are only sorted if the sequence values != 0 --> help text !
