Bug Description
Currently /malone features one link for reporting a bug: "File a bug on a package" (/malone/
Instead, the context-free "Report a bug" page should offer radio buttons for reporting a bug on either a package (the default) or a product, explaining the difference between them (cf. bug 1334), with subsidiary fields enabled when the relevant radio button is selected.
