Binary package hint: swac-get

The current Debian version has Ubuntu patch to fix source file "src/swac_index.cc". It's fine to sync it again.

swac-get (0.3-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * Bug fixed in the source file "src/swac_index.cc".
     (field `packages-idx` of the table `alphaidx` was not properly
     filled during the installation of audio collections).
     Closes: #500686
