time is rounded inaccurate

Bug Description

looking at build logs (buildd status) you see up to 59min, very accurate timings, but above that it just says 1h, 2h ... please be more accurate.

It does say something like '3 hours 50 minutes' for the build durations.

Feel free to reopen the bug if find a occurrence that proves this isn't always true.

reopened. the currently running openjdk-6 build on ia64 has "Started on 2009-05-11", so you don't see any progress for up to 24h. the current openoffice.org build reads: "Started 1h ago". I don't see any fix.

RIght it would have helped a lot if you have mentioned the page were the problem was, the Builder page. Specifically when they are building something:

If you hover the mouse over the date you can see the exact timestamp as a tooltip.

We can make it use it say 'Started 14 hours ago' and keep the ability to check the exact timestamp in the tooltip (code-wise it's as simple as s/displaydate/approximatedate TAL formatter).
