Description:
Hands of analog clock is drawn larger than the dial upon desktop theme change.
To reproduce:
Add the analog clock widget to desktop.
Now Right click on desktop and click "Desktop Settings"
Change the desktop theme to something other than the current theme (say Elegance)
Observe the analog clock widget.

Seems fixed in KDE 4.2 beta1. (I could confirm this in KDE 4.1)
