Email when creating a new mailing list needs tweaking

Bug Description
When a new mailing list is created, all members of the team get notified via email.
We should change the current email to:
- Tell you what the email address to the list is
- State more clearly that you are not subscribed
- Send you to the team page, where you can subscribe to the mailing list
