crop marks bleed tool

Bug Description

a tool like rectangle but whith printer frienfly info (color bar , cropmarks...) but you define the lenght of the bleed and when select export all including crop marks. could be great a divide feature to put crops on the middle or 1/3 or 1/4....

This reminds that awful hackaround for Scribus when printing color bar and crop marks was not possible in Scribus natively :)

In the devel version of scribus now you can and very ok but is for faster design whithout scribus tool to make printer box and export ¿CMYK tiff?
