"Confirmation already concluded" page has wacky title and no non-alert text

Bug Description
0. Log out of Launchpad if you are not logged out already.
1. Choose "Log In / Register".
2. In the "Not registered yet?" section, enter your e-mail address and choose "Register".
3. Go back and repeat step 2.
4. In the e-mail message you received after step 2, follow the confirmation link and complete registration.
5. In the e-mail message you received after step 3, follow the confirmation link.
What happens: You arrive on a "Confirmation already concluded" page that (a) has the title "Launchpad: redirect to the logintoken page", and (b) contains only an alert.
What should happen: (a) The page should have an understandable title, and (b) should contain a normal paragraph rather than an alert.
