Bug Description

Release: Intrepid, 32bit
Package: Cheese 2.24.1
Cheese does not take pictures and behaves irratically. The application cannot be closed and has to be killed manually. This happens on a Dell XPS m1330 with the build-in webcam. Same configuration worked flawlessly in Gutsy and Hardy.

This is most probably a dup from bug #290506
Could you confirm to us if changing the resolution within cheese properties menu to 176x144would give you video?
