Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

This applies to Intrepid.

When selecting a new sound for a system event, the file browser opens in ~ instead of /usr/share/sounds. On a fresh installation, users are unlikely to have sounds in their home directories. It should open to /usr/share/sounds by default, as users have an easier time finding their home dir from there than they do finding /usr/share/sounds from their home dir.
