Here is what is causing the error:

Installing new version of config file /etc/default/mono-apache-server ...
 * Reloading web server config apache2
apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName
   ...done.
 * Restarting web server apache2
 ... waiting

using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName
dpkg: error processing mono-apache-server (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script killed by signal (Interrupt)

It looks like 'mono-apache-server' was hanging and required a ctrl-c command to kill it. I reassign to mono-apache-server

@lukus: Why did you interrupt the upgrade process ? Was it hanging or did you want to abort or else ?

Hey!

Yeah, I had to use an interrupt to get through the installation. I figured the installation was hanging, as i left it for over one hour whilst it was attempting to install, and there was no harddisk activity or processor activity.
