Bug Description

I use oxygen icons in Gnome (Ubuntu 8.10rc). The volume applet icon in the gnome panel is pixelated. See the attached screen shot.

Gnome must be using the wrong icon, because it looks fine in KDE.

This bug has been marked "Invalid". It's not possible to transfer it to the good section, project or package? Because it seems to me that it's a real bug.

I didn't install oxygen icons by myself. It's the default icons set in KDE4. I suppose it's in the kde-icons-oxygen package. I have some KDE applications installed in Gnome, so oxygen icons are just in the choices of Gnome display configuration.

I did it:

- Update Ubuntu 8.04 to Ubuntu 8.10 rc
- Then, go to Système -> Préférences -> Apparence
- Choose Clearlooks theme and click on "Personnaliser" button
- In the "Icônes" tab, choose Oxygen

The volume applet icon in the gnome panel is pixelated.

Top panel with a height of 52 pixels, a full transparency and a width of all the screen ("Étendre" is ticked).

I've found the icon folder:

/usr/share/icons/oxygen/22x22/status/

There are 4 icons about the volume:

audio-volume-high.png
audio-volume-low.png
audio-volume-medium.png
audio-volume-muted.png

These 4 icons are just in the 22x22 folder, so it's pixelated if with use them for more than 22 pixels.
