Broadcom Wifi not working (not detecting wireless nets)

Bug Description

Finally my Broadcom card is detected and installed but it don't detect the wireless networks around.

I have this errors in the system log. Every 1 to 5 seconds. All the time:

"Jan 19 10:06:30 localhost NetworkManager: <WARNING>^I (): nm_system_device_set_up_down_with_iface() could not bring device eth1 up. errno = 2

Jan 19 10:06:30 localhost firmware_helper[6103]: main: error loading '/lib/firmware/bcm43xx_microcode5.fw' for device '/class/firmware/0000:00:0a.0' with driver 'bcm43xx driver 0.0.1'

Jan 19 10:06:30 localhost kernel: [ 469.401563] bcm43xx: Error: Microcode "bcm43xx_microcode5.fw" not available or load failed."

i too hav the same prob asks 4 firmware and i tried many ways but could not fix it
