Bug Description
The Launchpad API should enable access to the build information for packages, so that launchpadlib can be utilized to give-back packages as well as rescore them and related actions.

Build data is available on the API (Jonathan is using it as I type this), but we don't yet do re-try or re-score. I can get that done in the near future.
