[intrepid] PSPP is not installable via Add/remove programs

Bug Description

Binary package hint: pspp

In addtion to bug #284992 PSPP isn't installable through Add/remove programs although it now has a easy to use GUI. Therefore we should add a “X-AppInstall-Package” line to the .desktop file and ask for inclusion in the next update of app-install-data-ubuntu.
