Bug Description
When running the ubuntu-mid or ubutu-mobile installer, no kernel is installed. The resulting system cannot boot without manual intervention.

This is an issue with the way that the mid and mobile images are constructed. ubiquity expects to find /cdrom/ casper/ vmlinuz, but the images have /cdrom/vmlinuz. Moving the location of vmlinuz in the images allows the install to succeed.
