Binary package hint: nsca

Hi,

Debian has fixed a couple of RC bugs in the package, so we should
sync the latest version.

The other changes are either good, or not relevant for Ubuntu.

nsca (2.6-3.2) unstable; urgency=medium

   * Non-maintainer upload.
   * Fix bashism in debian/rules (Closes: #484419)
   * Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.0.
