Binary package hint: r-base-core-ra

Fixes a grave bug which could cause data loss or denial of service.

 r-base-core-ra (1.1.1-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * debian/rules: Patch javareconf as we do for r-base-core
   * src/scripts/javareconf: Replace use of /tmp with result of
     `mktemp -t -d` to avoid symlink attacks (Closes: #496363)
