Binary package hint: libsvn-notify-perl

New before FF-upstream release sync. Some new things but also bugfixes.

 libsvn-notify-perl (2.77-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * debian/rules
    + Stop running tests for now. Their dependence on a
      sendmail wrapper demands adding exim4-daemon-light
      (or similar) as b-d to prevent the package FTBFS, a
      fact that does not seem elegant at all.

libsvn-notify-perl (2.77-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * New upstream release.
   * Set Standards-Version to 3.8.0 (no changes).

Quite frankly, from the Changelog I don't see why is so important for this release to be in the archive.
Anyhow, I assume that there is no impact on libsvn-notify-mirror-perl since we are in perfect sync with Debian for that.
No open bugs in Debian/Ubuntu, and since we are very early in the FF period I'm giving my +1.
