laptop touchpad doesn't work as expected without evdev being loaded

Bug Description

After an upgrade to the 2.6.15 kernel the laptop's touchpad stopped behaving as
configured in xorg.conf.

Someone in the laptop-testing-team mailing list pointed to the solution that is
loading the evdev kernel module during startup by adding evdev to the
/etc/modules file.

This fixed the problem but evdev should be loaded automatically, maybe by
including that module in the /etc/modules file in the package.

Is module-init-tools bug, I have it patched already, just need to upload it when
15 becomes the default.
