This bug is symptomatic of a larger problem: i.e. the help email needs an update. I'll take this bug for 2.1.9 and will provide Tom B with updated text.

I'm also getting the old version of the help from <email address hidden>.

However, the bug status isn't "Confirmed" but "Fix committed" as the fix is ready to go live, so I'm changing it back to "Fix committed".

Bugabundo, please stop changing the status. As I said in the previous message, Matt's part of the work is done and released. That's why there's another task, targeted to 2.1.10 which will contain the rolled out fix. Once the Launchpad Bugs part of the bug is fix released, then you can try and test to check if it's really there.

Thanks

Sorry Diogo... didnt want to upset you.
Can you explain to me, why there are two tasks?

Diogo Matsubara (matsubara) wrote :

Sure, I'm not upset. Sorry if I sounded like it.

So, the reason we have two tasks is to track two different people working to solve this bug. Matt Revell worked on the email text and provided it to Tom Berger. Tom is the one who's actually doing the changes, update the tests, have it reviewed by a code reviewer and finally commit that to the main Launchpad code tree. Once that's done, the Launchpad Bugs task can be closed as fix committed and then will be ready for the 2.1.10 release.

Thanks for your interest and helping testing this.
