when upgrading to ubunto 8.01 a few packages failed to install then it magically sent me here

sorry i really know nothing about computers. when i upgraded i said that 3 or four packages failed and then i hit send bug report and it sent me here.

Here is what is causing the error:

Flash Plugin installed.
update-alternatives: unable to make /usr/lib/firefox/plugins/flashplugin-alternative.so.dpkg-tmp a symlink to /etc/alternatives/firefox-flashplugin: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing flashplugin-nonfree (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2
