Bug Description

Ubuntu 8.04

I visited the mozilla addons page with firefox 3.1. I clicked on a screenshot of an addon to view the larger image. The larger image poped up slowly in a new window making my system very slow. The mouse cursor was moving very slowly. I pressed close and the larger image window closed very slowly. The mouse cursor moved slowly until the pop up window closed and the web page became bright again.

Please answer these questions:
Is this reproducible? If so, which are the steps that lead to it? To be more specific, on what webpages does this occur?
Which flash package do you have installed?
Which Java package do you have installed?
Which Firefox extensions do you have installed?

This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.
