please sync samba4 from debian experimental

Filing bugs is the correct way to request package syncs in Ubuntu.

Steve, what is the correct way to go about these kind of requests than, since I do see where my error was. Also maybe add it to the Bug Responses to for future reference.

Samba4 is a complete new source package, thus it would go in universe.
It should play nicely with samba. I've looked at it, but unfortunately
haven't been able to build it on ubuntu intrepid.
