keyboard shortcuts do not match

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kde4

Keyboard shortcuts for zooming in and out do not match throughout the environment. Ctrl+Shift+= (Ctrl++) is the typical zoom shortcut for some KDE applications (e.g. Okular, Dolphin), where Ctrl+= (Ctrl++ no Shift) is the zoom for the Plasma Desktop and Konqueror. It doesn't matter which keyboard combination it is (users of different keyboard layouts have different preferences), but they should be the same.

KDE 4.2 introduces a global shortcut setting for various common operations (e.g. zooming) so all the listed applications now use Ctrl++.
