Bug Description

Because of the latest DNS Exploits there is need for users and sysadmins of a clean DNS-Server with a good DNSSEC implementation.

Because Unbound has not many dep's, it should be relatively easy to back port from Intrepid.

About Unbound:

Unbound is a validating, recursive, and caching DNS resolver.
The C implementation of Unbound is developed and maintained by NLnet Labs. It is based on ideas and algorithms taken from a java prototype developed by Verisign labs, Nominet, Kirei and ep.net.
Unbound is designed as a set of modular components, so that also DNSSEC (secure DNS) validation and stub-resolvers (that do not run as a server, but are linked into an application) are easily possible.
The source code is under a BSD License.

unbound has a build-dep on debhelper 7. EIther debhelper requires a backport, or the package will require tweaking to backport. Marking incomplete.

The backport of debhelper 7 cleared the dep-wait on this backport. It b/i/rs without issue.

Note that this FTBFS. It'd be handy to retest stuff if we're going to change the version that gets backported.

Fixing.
