Bug Description
There doesn't seem to be a way of listing project groups. But for all the project groups I know of in Launchpad -- KDE, MySQL, Zope, Gnome, and Mozilla -- Launchpad's page for the group says that it's "Active".
It's not clear what this means. My best guess was that it meant the project group uses Launchpad. But then I saw that Mozilla is marked as "Active", though it doesn't use Launchpad.
According to Salgado, a project group is "active" if it is visible to non-admins. So for ~99.99% of people using Launchpad, 100% of project groups they can see are marked as "Active". This makes the declaration useless, so I suggest hiding it unless you're an admin.
