[win32] Using message for remote control is wrong

Bug Description

Today, the streamzap and the apple remote control events are catched by the launcher (elisa.exe) and dispatched by windows message.

It's bad because, to handle this, a thread is created on the launcher and it manages all the windows messages.

It's also impossible to use the remote control with a python command line.

The good way to do it is to handle the event directly from python.

[No step to reproduce]
