functionality

o Bug fix to prevent incorrect colors on smooth coloring modes with
certain video modes

xaos (3.4-0ubuntu1) intrepid; urgency=low

  * New upstream release (LP: #244531)
  * Bump debhelper b-d to >= 7 to pick up dh_auto_*
  * Change obsolete x-dev b-d to x11proto-core-dev
  * Move various debhelper files out from debian/rules (.install, ...)
  * Use dh_auto_install instead of manually running make install
  * Patch with quilt instead of directly on the source

Well it seems that Debian QA didn't want to work with me and decided to upload a new version of their own. Let's sync that instead. b/i/r.

xaos (3.4-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * QA upload.
   * New upstream release
   * debian/control
     - removed Vcs-Git
     - bump Standards-Version to 3.8.0 (no changes needed)
     - added build-dep on sharutils (uudecode)
     - replace build-dep on x-dev with x11proto-core-dev
   * debian/rules
     - added aa driver compilation, for textual usage
     - added dh_desktop call and desktop file installation
   * debian/xaos.desktop
     - added; thanks to Daniel Dickinson for the patch; Closes: #478993
     - updated from Ubuntu
   * debian/xaos.png.uuencode
     - added from Ubuntu package; thanks to them; Closes: #244490
   * debian/menu
     - added explicitly the binary program instead of using sh to launch it

I choose to believe that by mistake, nobody saw what you posted in the above Debian bug, and that it was not a matter of "NIH". On the good side, they merged the Ubuntu changes that we had given them ages ago. So +1 for a sync.
