Binary package hint: htop
The .desktop file provided by htop 0.7-1 fails to validate with desktop-
$ desktop-
htop.desktop: warning: key "Encoding" in group "Desktop Entry" is
deprecated
htop.desktop: error: value "0.7" for key "Version" in group "Desktop
Entry" is not a known version
htop.desktop: warning: value "" for key "Path" in group "Desktop Entry"
does not look like an absolute path
htop.desktop: warning: value "ConsoleOnly;
"Categories" in group "Desktop Entry" contains a deprecated value

* Modify htop.desktop to make it validate with
desktop-
* Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintaine
specification.
