Bug Description
The Elisa NSIS Installer should detect if the Elisa Media Center process is running and ask to the user to close it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Elisa Media Center.
2. Launch the Elisa NSIS Installer.
Actual Results:
- The Elisa Media Center cannot overwrite some files because they are in use and the user gets an error.
Expected Results:
- The Elisa NSIS installer asks the user to close Elisa before continuing with the installation.
