Update please libqscintilla2-dev package (and of course main QScintilla package too)
It's need, for example, because Monkey Developer Studio can't be builded on libqscintilla2-dev (2.1+snapshot20

Since this application is already packaged in Ubuntu, are you proposing to upgrade the current package to a newer upstream version? If so, needs-packaging wouldn't be the correct term, and it should be tagged with upgrade. I'm confirming this for now.
