At present P-a-s (lists of forbidden architectures) are not being observed while creating missing builds for rebuild archives (after the latter have been populated with source packages).

@julian - is this something that doesn't affect derivation, or just not in scope for that project? (E.g. would we solve this by doing rebuild tests using derived distros)
