It's hard to note the difference from the bug description and the tags list

Bug Description
With the new UI, the bug description and the tags list are too similar and tags are difficult to detect.
Maybe a different background, a break line or something like this would help. I think also that keeping the tags before the description would be better expecially when bugs have a long text.

Fixed in r6572: the list of tags is right-aligned, so that it no longer looks like another paragraph of the description.
