Bug Description
The merge proposal email delivered should include the text the person proposed the
merging typed in the description/
Right now the text being sent resembles the following:
"""
James Henstridge has proposed merging ~jamesh/

https:/
You are subscribed to branch Storm Development Branch.
"""
Note that there is no description of the actual proposal.
