Here is the most recent Ubuntu entry in debian/changelog:

- Fix bashisms which caused errors in configure phase (LP: #222000).

The only significant change was fixing the bashisms in install/
axyl-lucene (2.3.0) unstable; urgency=low
* Fixes bashism ('function ' prefix on funcs) as per patches notified
by Luca Falavigna - thanks to him for that. (closes: #486635)

We can safely drop the other Ubuntu change, updating the Maintainer field. This will allow us to safely sync this package.
