branch merge proposal listing should include number of accepts / rejects

Bug Description

I was looking through https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~storm/storm/trunk/+landing-candidates for branches to review and started reviewing one of them. It turned out that the branch already had two acceptance votes, and the only way for me to find that is by clicking on the branch and then clicking on "View Proposal Details".

I want a view which will tell me which branches need reviews, not just all branches which are currently targeted to trunk.
