Here is the most recent Ubuntu entry in debian/changelog:
achims-guestbook (2.53-1.1ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low
* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes (LP: #175067):
- Remove php4 and replace apache with apache2 in Depends.
- Modify Maintainer value to match Debian-

The only significant change was modifying the Depends field. These exact same changes to the Depends field have been added upstream, as can be seen from this Debian changelog entry:

+ Add php5 and apache2 to Depends (Closes: #455218).
+ Bump debhelper and compat to version 6.

We can drop the Ubuntu change of modifying the maintainer field. This allows us to safely sync this package.
