PPA apt sources.list entries should point to the current Ubuntu release by default

Bug Description

By default, the apt sources.list entries on the PPA page are for the development release of Ubuntu (for now Intrepid). This confuse some users that copy/paste this lines without checking the distribution, and install Intrepid packages in Hardy installation (we already have this case with the AWN PPA).

In my opinion, this lines should be by default the current stable release because :
1) Most of users have the current stable release.
2) Lambda users or users with less knowledge about Ubuntu stuff just copy/paste the lines, and don't check the distribution. And, this type of users are affected by the 1)
3) Users using others releases have enough knowledge to be carefull when using PPA. It's the case if they use development release, and if they use version under the current stable release, I don't think they want to use PPA.

Michael, is this fixed by your fix to bug 314370 ? It certainly conflicts with it, we can't do both.

The more important in this bug report is that sources.list pointed to the development release, instead of a stable release. I think it make more sense to have the version the user runs instead of the current one. So IMO you can set it as Fix released. Thanks for your work on it.
