* Merge from Debian unstable, remaining Ubuntu changes:

- eikazo package depends on python-gtkhtml2.
- Update Maintainer field as per spec.

The only significant change was adding python-gtkhtml2 as a dependency. This change has been added upstream, as can be seen from this Debian changelog entry:

We can safely drop the Ubuntu change of updating the maintainer field. This allows us to safely sync this package from Debian.
