Bug Description
Package diffs seem to be shown in the 'Available diffs' section for quite some time before they're actually linkified.

The package-diff generator runs every 12 minutes, so the lag in diff generation is expected. The fact we are listing the not-yet-performed diffs is to communicate "wait some minutes". Do you have any suggestions to make it clearer ?
