Please sync xfonts-nexus (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

The only significant Ubuntu change was the dropping of bdftopcf from Build-Depends. However, after searching through the xfonts-nexus_0.0.2-12ubuntu3.patch and xfonts-nexus_0.0.2-12ubuntu3.diff.gz, I was unable to find any evidence of this change. As a result, I feel that we can sync xfonts-nexus from Debian.
