Here are the most recent Ubuntu entries in debian/changelog:

The libpri1.2 package was only added to make the dapper->hardy upgrade work better. I think that the change can be dropped now that we are past hardy.
The change in debian/rules has a comment saying "FIXME: remove hack after hardy". The actual change was just adding this line, "PKGNAME:
The final change, modifying the Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintaine
Since all of the changes can be safely dropped, I think we can perform a sync for libpri.
