Bug Description

This bug refers to bug #12162 that was previously reported as closed.

This support (for the DVICO Fusion HDTV DVB-T1 card) is not working as of
linux-image version 2.6.12-9.22 and I believe the problem is the same as
documented in bug 12162 by James Gregory, and as he stated on the 2005-08-21:

"This problem is back in 2.6.12-7 and possibly earlier than that. I've
downloaded the source package and it appears that my patch was reverted."

This seems to be the case as the same behaviour is happening as he describes
before his patch is applied.

Also, when trying to run a modprobe dvb-cx88 (for the cx88 driver) it says that
this module is not there.

Sorry for the question here, but from what I have read the 2.6.15 kernel is for
Dapper Drake, whereas this bug was submitted under Breezy Badger. This support
is still broken in Breezy Badger with no easy way (that I can see) of getting
the 2.6.15 kernel into Breezy. Any help would be appreciated.

Breezy is only taking security fixes at the moment, so there's not going to be a
fix for this there.

One thing I noticed is that you tried to load dvb-cx88, when the module is
called cx88-dvb.
