Cannot "unsubscribe someone else" from a branch

Bug Description

I accidentally subscribed the wrong handle to a branch and have no way of undoing it, though I'm the owner of the branch. Perhaps this isn't necessary functionality, since the accidentally subscribed member can unsubscribe if the notifications bother them, but I couldn't find any other documentation on the subject.

We should record who subscribed a branch subscriber, so that person can undo the action.

I went to fix this bug and found a test which shows that the issue has already been dealt with at an earlier time.

    def test_subscribed_by(self):
        """If a user subscribes someone else, the user can unsubscribe."""

So I marked the bug as Fix Released
