Using xv with media player get blue screen in Breezy

Bug Description

When using XV video output in various media player (xine, mplayer) I get
randomnly a blue window (and it's the same until I logout from X) instead of the
movie.

I use the savage driver of Xorg.

I have the same problem but only when I change vt (alt-ctrl-f1) and return or
when I close the lid (laptop). After that I have to restart X for xvideo to work
again. I think it could be something about bad restoring of card state.

In dapper it works fine for me.

Sorry, but I have no more the laptop with savage chip: the i810 xorg driver for my current PC hasn't this bug neither in Breezy.
