Bug Description

In the Breezy RC1 installer, once you choose the LVM partitioning scheme there
doesn't appear to be any way to get rid of the LVM partitions and/or go back to
a regular partitioning scheme.

You should be able to select custom partitioning and undo it from there.

I can confirm this bug. The "Configure the Logical Volume Manager" is not aware
of the logical volumes created an thus cannot delete them again.

Update: Going all the way back to the "Detect Disks" step in the installation
process makes the installer correctly reread the LVM configuration
and thus allows deletion of those.

The partitioner probably doesn't reread the LVM configuration after it has
updated it.
