Bug Description

After upgrading to 8.04 from 7.10, both sun-java5-jdk and sun-java6-jdk broken. When I tried to apt-get uninstall any of them, I got prompted the other one is broken so the uninstallation was failed.

this looks like a broken system. please could you attach the file /var/lib/dpkg/alternatives/rmic ?

Mackenzie, I've replied Matthias Klose through email that I formatted the harddrive in May, so I don't have any more information to provide.
