Attachment from OO.o 2 beta doesn't show in UI

Bug Description

There is a problem with attaching files from OO.o in Evolution. I won't repeat
all the details here, as I have filed a report upstream. I am hoping that by
reporting it here that the fix has a chance to make it into breezy final.

Upstream now report the bug is fixed -
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=316937 awaiting a backported patch.
Can this please be included in breezy final? It is a pretty annoying bug, which
I would prefer to not live with for the next 6mths or so.

     - fix the help file index (Ubuntu: #15416).
   * debian/patches/09_e-msg-composer.c.patch:
     - CVS fix for the file attachments to new mails (Ubuntu: #16032).
