Wrong keyboard layout. Alt key appears stuck on startup

Bug Description

After a reboot all keys on the keyboard acts like the alt key is constantly pressed. The problem disappears when I change some random Keyboard layout options and close the window. I use swedish keyboard layout. This bug is always reproducable

This bug is probably obsolete. This happended during an upgrade from 7.04 to 7.10, or maybe between 7.10 and 8.04. I have since installed a fresh 7.10. The bug disappeared and I have probably no way of recreating it.
